People sometimes forget how good someone like Lou Will is because he plays limited minutes and has the "Sixth Man" label. Even though Lou Will sees the floor less than Harden, it can be argued he has been as efficient as Harden in the time that he's seen the floor. He does not carry as large of an offensive load as Harden so that could be the reason but it is still impressive what Lou Will has been able to do coming off the bench.

The majority of the 51-75 section consists of non-shooting and/or pass-first stat padders. To be considered a highly efficient offensive player, an outside shooting game is a must, especially in the current NBA.
