It’s always fun to predict how the season will go. Usually for me that means predicting how Bron Bron gonna lose. In 2018 for example, I predicted Bron Bron was gonna lose to the Pacers in 7. Now it’s time to do it again now that the NBA is back. Let’s hear your predictions for the standings and/or playoffs...
I predict the following:
West Standings
1. Lakers
2. Clippers
3. Denver
4. Houston
5. OKC
6. Dallas
7. Jazz
8. Memphis
Blazers gotta beat Memphis twice in a row in the play in tournament and I don’t think they will be able to do that. Memphis got some dawgs and are hungry. They’ll win one and secure the 8th seed and get swept by Bron Bron most likely.
Jazz gonna fall bad cause no Bogdanovic who is automatic. I’m trusting Beard and Westbrick to go from 6 to 3. They should be well rested and have everyone. They don’t got no strippers for Harden but maybe that will give him more energy...people always talk about how he burn out in the playoffs.
First round—————
Lakers beat Memphis 4-1
Clippers beat Jazz 4-1: I might be underestimating Jazz idk
Dallas beat Denver 4-3: I don’t really trust them dudes Jokic and Jamaal. They look like they just there to have fun and go on the water slides.
Houston beat OKC 4-2: I think
Second round————
Lakers beat Houston 4-2: I think Harden & Westbrook will get contained. Nobody else on rockets steps up probably
Clippers beat Mavs 4-2: Klaw starts to take over in this series. Locks up Luka the soft Euro.
Third round—————
Clippers beat Lakers 4-3: it will come down to who’s more clutch between Kawhi and Bron Bron. Kawhi wins.
Now time for the East.

4. Miami
5. Philly

First round————
Bucks beat Nets 4-0
Raptors beat Magic 4-2
Celtics beat Pacers 4-1
Philly beat Miami 4-2: I’m guessing
Second round———
Bucks beat Philly 4-3: it will be close I think
Raptors beat Celtics 4-1: their defense gonna be too much for Celtics
Third round————
Raptors beat Bucks 4-2: They know how to contain Giannis; his 3 ball got only a little better
And finally...
FINALS:
Raptors beat Clippers 4-3
Raptors show they can win without Kawhi. Kawhi hype goes away. LeBron cannot win in west even with a top 5 player. LeBron top 2 all time hype goes away. Westbrook still ringless...nobody can with Westbrook.
KD and Kyrie come back next year and win the chip. Certified bucket getters.
